- Return & Refund Eligibility (24-Hour Policy)Returns and refunds are strictly applicable only if initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstance, irrespective of the reason.
- Accepted Reasons for Return or RefundReturn or refund will only be approved if:
The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.
The wrong item or variant was delivered (e.g., wrong size or product).
The item was missing essential components as per the product description.
Note: We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, pet disinterest, delayed use, or user damage.
- Non-Returnable ProductsThe following categories are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is received in a damaged/defective state:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats)
Health & hygiene items (e.g., medicines, supplements, grooming items)
Litter and waste management items
Toys, bedding, or accessories that show any signs of usage
Opened or used combo packs (even partially)
- Return Request ProcedureTo initiate a return or refund request, you must:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@mypetwardrobe.com
Include your order number, registered phone/email, and unboxing video
Attach clear photographs of the product, outer packaging, and invoice
Without a full unboxing video from package opening, damage or defect claims will be considered invalid.
- Inspection & DecisionUpon receiving your request, our team will:
Verify the time of complaint, product condition, and evidence
Confirm whether the issue qualifies under this policy
Notify you via email if your return/refund is approved or rejected
Our decision shall be final and binding in all cases.
- Return Pickup (if approved)If your return request is approved:
We will arrange a pickup or request you to courier it to our hub (details will be provided)
Returned product must be in original packaging, with tags, manuals, and invoice
Items returned without approval or ineligible condition will be rejected and returned at your expense
- Refund Method & TimelineIf approved:
Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7โ10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we delivered a defective or incorrect item
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you must provide valid bank account details
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed; you must follow the return process post-delivery
My Pet Wardrobe reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or bulk/reseller purchases
